Ingredients for Dahithara Recipe:
Rawa (Semolina) - 200 gm
Flour - 200 gm
Curd - 100 gm
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Oil, for frying
Salt, as required
Method for Dahithara Recipe:
Mix the rawa and flour along with the rest of the ingredients except oil. Mix well and bind into a firm dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into balls and roll each ball into small puris. Deep fry the puris until golden brown and crisp.
