How to remove stains and dry residue from the Non-stick cookware?

Non-stick Cookware
What ever care you take to keep you non-stick cookware clean and residue free, it does happen that after using for quite some time, the non-stick cookware does have grease residue and burnt food residue stuck over them. Especially at the sides, you may see that the burnt food gets stuck when the non-stick cookware is used for a period of time. So here are few tip to help remove the stains:

1. Add 1 cup water to the non-stick pan. Pour 1 tsp liquid soap and 2 tbsp baking soda. Boil for 5 minutes. Later mop the pan and rinse well. Dry. Re-season with cooking oil before use.

2. Add lemon juice to the spots where the residue is stuck. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Pour water, heat and then mop with a sponge.

3. Add vinegar to the spots where the residue is stuck and do the same as mentioned in no. 2 point above.
