1. Before using your non-stick cookware for the first time, wash it with a mild soap and rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Always heat the non-stick cookware on a medium heat other than a high flame.
3. Avoid use of abrasive scrubbers, sharp objects for cleaning.
4. Always use wooden spoons or spatulas for mixing or sauteing foods in your non-stick cookware.
5. Never ever pour cold water in a non-stick cookware when it is hot. Let the non-stick cookware cool down naturally and then pour water.
6. Before putting the non-stick pan on heat, add cooking oil or the cooking item that you want to add in the pan. Never put empty non-stick pans or cookware on fire.
7. Always wipe dry with a paper tissue after every use to avoid any stains. Only after that continue with washing.
Since you are using a non-stick cookware, always remember that the food can cook with less oil. And hence always add less oil or fat for cooking. That's what is the basic purpose of cooking in a non-stick cookware, isn't it!! I know many people who use non-stick cookwares but the quantity of oil used is just the same, the way it use to be before..
