Foods to avoid during summer

This summer indulge in foods that can provide the body with much needed extra zest and rehydration and not those foods which can make it hard to digest or actually dehydrate the system. Here's a list of foods to avoid during summer:

- Avoid foods that are hard to digest in order to reduce acidity and skin problems. Such foods to avoid would be sweets, fried foods, heavy gravies etc.

- Avoid red meat during summer.

- Avoid excessive intake of cereals and pulses as they can make you feel heavy.

- Avoid root vegetables.

- Avoid dairy products.

- Avoid colas as they don't hydrate you but actually the caffeine present within cold drinks dehydrate your system.

- Accordingly avoid caffeine containing brews such as coffee.
