Tropical Salad Recipe

Ingredients for Tropical Salad Recipe: 

Paneer - 100 gm, cubed
Curd - 1/3 cup, fresh and beaten
Tinned Pineapple - 2 slices, cubed
Tender coconut - 100 gm, cut into small slices
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt, a little to taste

Ingredients for Pineapple syrup:

Butter - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Pineapple syrup - 120 ml

Method for Tropical Salad Recipe:

Soak the paneer in salted hot water for 3 to 5 minutes and then drain off the water.

Add cornflour to pineapple syrup and keep aside.

Heat a pan on medium heat and melt butter. Add pineapple syrup mixture and keep stirring continously to avoid any lumps formation.

Once the syrup thickens remove it from heat and set aside to cool.

Once cool, add to it curd, pepper and salt.

Mix this sauce with the pinapple cubes, paneer and tender coconut.

Chill before serving.
