Amla is known to treat a sore throat, reduce blood sugar, boost immunity and increase metabolic activity. But rarely people know that including amla in our daily diet ensures maintaining a glowing and fresh skin. It is a storehouse for nutrients and daily intake of this fruit promises glowing skin and hair.

Tip -  Amla can be included in your daily diet as a fruit or one can consume amla juice everyday early in the morning. Mix 15 ml of amla juice in a glass of water and drink it early morning everyday.
