Ingredients for Zarda Seekh Kebab Recipe:
Potatoes - 500 gm, roasted
Green chilies - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Onions - 1, small, fried
Cashew nuts - 10, fried
Mint leaves - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 cup, finely chopped
Salt, as required
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Method for Zarda Seekh Kebab Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients, except cornflour in a mixie and grind fine. Add to this cornflour and mix well.
Divide the mix into lemon sized balls and roll them into cylindrical kebabs. Arrange the kebabs on a greased skewer and cook on hot oven or over charcoal fire for around 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve the hot Zarda Seekh Kebab with mint chutney and green salad.
