Sausage Shaslik with Mustard Recipe


Very easy and quick. Serves as an excellent starter.

Ingredients for Sausage Shaslik with Mustard Recipe:

Chicken sausages - 10 nos, cut into thick roundels
Tomatoes - 2 medium, cubed
Green bell pepper - 1, cubed
Red bell pepper - 1, cubed
Worcestershire sauce - 40 ml
Chili sauce - 25 ml
Butter - 50 gm
Onions - 2, cubed
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Mustard paste - 3 tsp

Method for Sausage Shaslik with Mustard Recipe:

Arrange alternate pieces of chicken sausages, bell pepper, tomatoes and onions on either toothpicks or skewers.

Marinate these vegetables with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and garlic paste.

Grill  for 4 to 5 minutes just before you plan to serve.

Place the skewers on the serving plate and dash mustard paste over it. Serve

Please note: Toothpicks are suggested for arranging the vegetables and chicken alternately.  It gets easy to serve.
