Grilled Tenderloin Steak Recipe

Cooking just for one person may get a bit tedious, as most of us wonder about the portions that we should take. So this recipe is for all those singles, who wish to cook something lovely and just for themselves.

Ingredients of Grilled Tenderloin Steak Recipe:

Tenderloin steak - 1 measuring around 300 gms
Butter - 15 gm
Garlic powder - 5 gm
Red chili flakes - 1 pinch, or as required
Mushroom - 50 gm
Black pepper - 1 tsp crushed
Salt, as required

Method of Grilled Tenderloin Steak Recipe:
Slice the steak into thin roundels.

Slice the mushrooms thin.

Heat a pan, add butter and sear the steak slices both sides.

Once slightly fried add rest of the ingredients except mushrooms. Stir fry till you get desired results with your steak.

Meanwhile saute the sliced mushrooms separately and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Arrange both the mushrooms as well as the steak on a platter. Serve hot.

Please note: This recipe serves only one. Double the quantity to serve more.
