How to make Thai Red Curry Paste

To make Thai Red Curry Paste follow the given instructions:

Ingredients for Thai Red Curry Paste:

Kashmiri Red Chilies - 5
Onion - 2 tbsp, roughly chopped
Garlic - 10 flakes
Ginger - 1"
Lemon Grass - 1 stalk
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Peppercorn - 6 no
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt, as required

Method for making Thai Red Curry Paste:

Soak red chilies in half cup warm water for around 10 minutes.

Remove the red chilies and grind it with rest of the ingredients to obtain a fine Thai red curry paste.
