What is Pressure Cooking

Pressure Cooking is the most preferred way of cooking nowadays. But very few of us are known with the actual term, Pressure cooking. What is pressure cooking? Pressure Cooking is a method of cooking in which the boiling point is increases other than the normal point and thus the food is pressure cooked. For say, if the boiling point of water in normal conditions is 110 degree C. The in pressure cooking the water is boiled up to a certain temperature which is above the normal conditions like 118 degrees C to 121 degrees C. Thus pressure cooking is actually a method of cooking in Super Heated Steam. Pressure Cooking is considered to be the most efficient way of cooking nowadays.
