How to prevent the contents from sticking to cake molds or baking dishes

Yeah that's a common problem when it comes to baking. Here's what you can do:

It's thus ideal to line the containers both baking dishes as well as cake molds or tins before filling the uncooked mixture. Try making use of grease proof paper or non-stick baking parchment.

Always remove the paper only once the standing time is done and never before that. Otherwise there are chances of the cake to stick the paper and break. Once the baked item cools, the paper easily comes off.

Few people have a habit of greasing baking dishes with flour which is so not happening! Once you brush the dishes or molds with flour the flour resembles an unpleasant film on the bake of the cake. So avoid doing that!
