How to clean Scallops

Scallops can be easily cleaned by following method:

Take the scallops in a pan (microwave safe) and place them in a oven for some time. Within a matter of few minutes you see the scallops open up wide.

Remove from the oven and cut the shells apart.

Remove the meat from the shells and it is done.
