Raan-E-Sikandari Recipe

Lamb's leg seasoned with Indian authentic spices and grilled.

Ingredients for Raan-E-Sikandari Recipe:

Leg of lamb - 800 gm
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 30 gm
Malt Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Bay leaves - 2
Black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cardamom - 5 no
Oil - 5 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt, as required

Method for Raan-E-Sikandari Recipe:

Clean and wash the leg of the lamb. Prick it with a fork.

Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and apply on the lamb.

Marinate the lamb's leg for at least 6 to 7 hours.

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C and roast the lamb's leg till done. (for at least 40 minutes)

Garnish with onion slices and serve
