Barbeque Dip Recipe

Ingredients for Barbeque Dip Recipe:

Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Water- 1 and half cup
Onions - 1/2 cup, finally chopped
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1/4 cup
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
Chili flakes - 1/4 tsp
Salt, as required
Cornflour - 1 tsp mixed with 1 tbsp water

Method for Barbeque Dip Recipe:

In a microwave safe dish mix all the ingredients except the cornflour paste.

Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes and do stir once in the middle.

Add the cornflour paste and mix well.

Micrwave on HIGH for 2 more minutes.

Once done set aside to cool.

Please note: The above mentioned ingredients make around 1 and half cups of Barbeque Dip.
