Pineapple Punch

Ingredients for Pineapple Punch:

Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 family pack
Pineapple juice - 1 tin
Pineapple slices - 1 tin, cubed
Cherries - few handful
Mint leaves - 1 cup, chopped
Ice - 1 cup, crushed

Method for Pineapple Punch:

In a mixer, blend the Pineapple juice, Vanilla Ice cream and crushed ice together. Pour in tall glasses.

To a stirrer fix the pineapple cubes alternatively with cherries and place over the glasses.

Garnish the punch with mint leaves and chill.

Tip: Pineapple Punch is to be served chilled. The above measurements make around 6 - 7 glasses of Pineapple Punch.
