Chicken Chili Dry Recipe

One of the awesome starters, Chicken chili dry is very easy to make and can be quickly planned if you have all the required ingredients handy. This is how I make my Chicken chili dry.


Ingredients for Chicken Chili Dry recipe:

Chicken - 250 gm, boneless, diced
Egg white - 1
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Mushroom - 100 gm, cut in halves
Corn - 100 gm, cut into 3 pieces
Capsicum - 2 medium, cut in cubes
Spring onion - 2 nos. chopped
Green chilies - 3, thinly sliced
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 10 flakes, chopped
Ginger - 2" chopped
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt, as required
Oil, for frying

Method for Chicken Chili Dry recipe:

Mix egg white with 1 tbsp cornflour, roll the diced chicken in this mixture and deep fry until light golden in color. Keep aside.

Heat a pan and add oil to it. Saute garlic and ginger in this for a while and add all the vegetables and chicken to it along with the green chilies. Saute well.

Add soya sauce, sugar and salt and keep stirring.

Mix rest of the cornflour with little water and add to the chicken and continue stirring till the chicken gets a glaze.

Serve hot.
