Monsoon brings joy and happiness in our lives as it beats the hot summer and makes the dry surroundings green and lively. But along this also comes infections and diseases like jaundice, diarrhea and other stomach infections which tear you apart. Many vegetables and fruits need to avoided eating during monsoons. Fruits like grapes, berries can cause a great harm to your body if eaten in monsoons, that too if they are not washed properly.
