Ingredients for Mixed Pulses and Vegetable Salad:
Kidney Beans - 1 cup, cooked
Kabuli Chana (Chick Pea) - 1 cup, cooked
Potato - 2 medium, boiled and cubed
Cucumber - 1, cubed
Onions - 2 small, chopped
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
Green Chillies - 1/2, chopped fine
Lettuce - 5 / 6 leaves, chopped roughly
Ingredients for the Salad Dressing:
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt, as required
Pepper powder, as required
Method for Mixed Pulses and Vegetable Salad:
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and toss well. Add the salad dressing and mix well.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
Tip: The Mixed Pulses and Vegetable Salad is a healthy and simple salad which can be cooked in no time. Very good protein source as it contains pulses and very tasty. Serves 4.
