Tofu Salad - Healthy and Simple Salad

Ingredients for Tofu Salad:

Tofu - 200 gm, dice and saute lightly
Cabbage - 1 cup, diced
Capsicum - 1 cup, diced
Pineapple - 1 cup, diced
Black Grapes - few handfuls, halved
Lettuce - 3 separated leaves. 
salt, as required
pepper, as required

Method for Tofu Salad:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned above except the lettuce leaves.

In a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves at the sides, and arrange the Tofu Salad in the center. Serve.

Tip: Tofu is known for its healthy benefits. The above salad is an healthy options for people who wish to avoid Cottage Cheese. But for people who don't wish to add Tofu can add Cottage Cheese.
