Tandoori Mushrooms Recipe


Ingredients for Tandoori Mushrooms Recipe: 

Mushrooms - 200 gm
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Gram flour (besan) - 2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Salt, as required

Method for Tandoori Mushrooms Recipe:

Wash the mushrooms. Set aside.

Whisk the curd and mix it with all the remaining ingredients.

Dip the mushrooms in the curd batter and skewer into thin skewers.

Grill the mushrooms in the oven till done.

Please note: Tandoori Mushrooms are also made by stuffing the mushrooms with Chicken or mutton mince after removing the stalk. If you wish to stuff the mushroom for variation, then after stuffing dip the mushrooms in the curd batter and continue the same method later.
