As we say that regular exercising is good for maintaining fitness and overall health. In the similar fashion, over-exercising can have its harmful effects. Anything done in controlled percentage is good, but over-doing of anything leads to certain amount of damage. Same applies to over-exercise.
If a person exercises regularly in an excessive manner, then extensive damage may happen to his fit body. Over exercising exhausts your body resulting in oxidative damage of muscles. Other than muscles, it may harm your liver and other body tissues. Ligament tear or strain in body muscles, muscle pull etc are common complains of over-exercising.
