Karavaipilai Podi is one type of South Indian Curry Leaf Powder, which is made from dry and roasted curry leaves. These roasted curry leaves are powdered and mixed with various spices and condiments to give you Karavaipilai Podi. This powder is usually eaten with dosas, idlis and other South Indian Breakfast items. Generally you mix this powder with little ghee before eating for an enhanced flavor.
