Crunchy Bar - A healthy snack cooked with peanut butter and cereals

Ingredients for Crunchy Bar:

Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Honey - 1/2 cup
Cereal - 3 cups (preferably crunchy muesli or oats)
Salted Peanuts - handful

Method for Crunchy Bar:

This recipe comprises simple steps. Bring sugar and honey to boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat as soon as it starts boiling. Stir in the peanut butter and mix until it blends well.

Pour in cereals and the salted peanuts. Mix thoroughly until well coated. Spread on a butter paper or a buttered plate. Allow the mixture to cool.

Cut them in squares.

Tip: Crunchy Bar could be used as an off-time snack. Good alternative for a chocolate or fat-ladden bars. Healthy food. Perfect for those who love Peanut Butter. Alternatively Chocolate lovers can add chocolate chips instead of cereals for that hmmmmmm taste.
