Malabari Paratha Recipe

( A special Malabari recipe with unique flavor of the South)

Malabar Parathas
Ingredients for Malabari Paratha recipe:

Maida (Refined Flour) - 250 gm
Sugar - 5 gm
Milk - 50 ml
Salt, as required
Water, as required

Method for Malabari Paratha Recipe:

Firstly sieve the maida (refined flour) and add sugar, salt and milk to it.

Add whatever amount of water you need to knead the maida into  a hard dough.

Allow the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes. Put a wet cloth on it.

Divide into small balls, roll them and shallow fry till done.

Tip: Serve hot Malabar Parathas with any Indian gravy of your choice. The above measurement preapres enough Malabar Parathas to serve 4.
